COVID UPDATE

Since our early days, Conchal Adventures Costa Rica has been guided by the timeless wisdom of the Golden Rule: “To treat others like family”. During these unprecedented times, the Golden Rule is a beacon that shapes our future.

At Conchal Adventures Costa Rica, this means caring for each other, taking responsibility to stop the spread of COVID-19, and protecting everyone who chooses to go on our adventures with us.
Importantly, it also means offering a variety of adventurous experiences that continue to be comfortable and memorable to our guests, as well as a safe workplace for our team.

As we look ahead to the future of hospitality and travel, we are implementing full-scale enhancements to our already stringent procedures through our national health and safety protocols, guided by the Costa Rican Ministry of Health.
Grounded in health care expertise and enabled by access to leading experts, technologies, and tools, Ministry of Health sets out clear procedures that educate and empower all employees to take care of guests and each other. The program focuses on providing care, confidence, and comfort within the new COVID-19 environment and beyond.

Our Adventures Protocols:

• Stay in your social bubble.
• Cough and sneeze properly.
• Avoid shaking hands, kissing or hugging people other than your social bubble.
• Keep a minimum distance of 2 meters from people othen than your social bubble.
• Wear masks correctly in our units and during adventures, change them every 4 hours.
• Wherever you stop , wash your hands with soap and water before entering the premises.
• If you touch any surface or object tha you are not sure that´s clean or desinfected, avoid touching your face.
